Kh\u00f4ng quan tr\u1ecdng n\u01a1i c\u01b0 tr\u00fa c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi vay, \u0111\u01a1n xin vay tr\u1ef1c tuy\u1ebfn c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1n t\u1eeb b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng n\u00e0o \u1edf Ukraine.
